Loco, as post production partners to BUG: The Evolution of the Music Video, were delighted to be a part of the BUG Björk Special. BUG and its host Adam Buxton presented a special event at the BFI Southbank as part of the onedotzero audio-visual festival. The BUG Björk Special celebrated the innovative music videos and tour visuals of the genre-defying singer-songwriter.
To start the show, Loco’s Miland Suman created a beautiful introductory montage, which features digitally manipulated excerpts of Björk’s music videos and the iconic BUG logo. The Loco team regularly works with BUG curators David Knight and Phil Tidy to put together the running order of music videos for bi-monthly music video nights at the BFI Southbank, organised by event director, Louise Stevens of Ballistic Events.
Björk’s Biophilia is the world’s first “app-album”, so Loco’s team worked with the BFI and Adam to be able to connect an iPad to the projection set up and allow Adam to demonstrate some of Biophilia’s interactive functions on the big screen. To download the Biophilia app, visit the iTunes store.
